This June the Willow Foundation is asking you to take a break to raise funds for seriously ill young adults. The Piece of Cake campaign is exactly what it says on the cake tin - it's a piece of cake - easy to organise, fun to take part in and a simple but very effective way to raise funds for the Willow Foundation.
Simply decide where to hold your tea party - at home, at school, or at work. Plan a day that suits you and invite your friends, family or work colleagues to join you.
Whether you are organising a garden party or picnic in the park, the only difficult decision is if you should buy or make your favourite cakes!
You may already have your own fundraising ideas, but a simple way to raise funds is to ask each guest to make a small donation to the Willow Foundation. More ideas and suggestions as well as some tasty recipes from celebrity chef and Willow ambassador Gary Rhodes will be available in the Piece of Cake fundraising pack - available on request or to download.
Prize draw
Send the money raised at your party to the charity by 31 July 2008 and you will be entered into a free prize draw. The lucky winner will receive a Piece of Cake chef's jacket signed by Gary Rhodes and a selection of Mr Kipling cakes.
