Richard Keys

Richard's broadcasting career began with local journalism in Wolverhampton in the '70s before he moved to football radio commentary in Liverpool. In 1982 he was appointed Sports Editor for Piccadilly Radio and crossed to the small screen as a TV-am presenter the following year. In 1990 Richard took over as the Senior Presenter for Sky Sports and has fronted over 1000 live football matches for Sky. Annually, he currently registers more hours of live television than any other presenter.

"Bob was my mentor as a TV presenter and I shall always be grateful for his support and encouragement in my early days. I am very aware of the extremely difficult times that Bob and Megs have been through and have nothing but praise for the phenomenal success they have generated with the Willow Foundation. To be a patron of the charity is an honour."
