This year the Willow Foundation will provide more than 1,000 special days for young adults living with life threatening conditions such as cancer, Huntington’s and cystic fibrosis. By taking part in the Piece of Cake campaign you will be raising valuable funds that will help to provide special days for seriously ill young adults in your community.

How to take part in Piece of Cake:

Before the festive season begins, national charity, the Willow Foundation is asking that on one day this November, you take a break to raise funds for seriously ill young adults.

The Piece of Cake campaign is exactly what it says on the cake tin – it’s a piece of cake – easy to organise, fun to take part in and a simple but very effective way to raise funds for the Willow Foundation. Simply decide whether to hold your tea party at home, at school, or at work and plan a day that suits you. Then invite your friends, family or work colleagues to join you. The only difficult decision is whether you buy or make your favourite cakes!

You may already have your own fundraising ideas, but a simple way to raise funds is to ask each guest to make a small donation to the Willow Foundation.  More ideas and suggestions for your tea party are available in the Piece of Cake fundraising pack.
